Ok, perfecto, ha quedado demostrado... Armstrong es un estafador y un mentiroso, pero por favor, a quien corresponda, UCI, comités nacionales olímpicos, federaciones,..... QUE NO CAIGA EN SACO ROTO... Todavía quedan muchos mentirosos y estafadores, y no sólo en el mundo de los pros...DEPORTE LIMPIO... Por otra parte, simplemente recordar a todos que una Fundación como Livestrong ha hecho mucho por la lucha contra el cáncer y seguro que ha contribuido a salvar más de una vida...

Y  dicho esto creo que el hacer leña del árbol caído a estas alturas ya no merece la pena, por lo q a mi respecta me quedare con los buenos momentos que este hombre dio al ciclismo, pero por favor... Armstrong, la gente que practicamos y competimos en Triatlón no queremos verte en este deporte

Ok, all right,... it´s a fact.... Armstrong is a liar and a swindler, but please, to whom it may concern,  UIC, national Olympic committees, national associations,.... DON´T LET IT FALLS ON DEAF EARS...there are still a lot of liars and swindlers, and not only between the pros....CLEAN SPORT...Moreover, I would like to notice to everybody that a foundation like Livestrong has made a lot of work on behalf of cancer fighting, and I am very sure that this must have saved many lifes.

  

And having said that, I think that taking advantage of Lance misfortune is not appropiated, so as far as I am concerned I will prefer to take the best moments this man gave to the cycling, but ... please ... Mr Armstrong, people who practice and take part in triathlon competitions don´t want to see you on this sport.

Late night running with Jaime Algersuari (F1 driver)

Tonight I had a great surprise. I had a late night running session with the #theClub boys, we planned to made a one hour running session near the Alhambra in Granada. This is a beautiful running session with a lot of climbs by the Alhambra forest, and the hilly streets in the Albaicin alley.

A few hours before I receive a wassup from David telling me that he would came with a "college" called Jaime...ok no problem, I supossed he could be one of his job´s mates, but.... surprise, surprise, the new "college" appear, and he introduced to me,..." hello, I´m Jaime".....gosh... ¿Jaime?,....no, your aren´t Jaime, you are Jaime Algersuari, F1 driver and ex Toro Rosso driver....amazing... I couldn´t believe it...

Finally we run for about one hour and twenty minute with David, Jesus and Jaime... He is a very nice person, and very humble, I hope He could get a seat in a F1 Team for the 2013 Season.
